The measurement based on fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of TPH. Wtf-2000 series analyzers are designed for continuous automatic monitoring of the contents of petroleum hydrocarbons, natural and wastewater. The instrument consists of sample preparation unit and wtf-3000 luminescent detector. The sample preparation unit provides metered water feed and water and reagent flow switching, temperature control, stirring and mass exchange processes. The detector (or photocell) is used to detect the luminescence of water quality and petroleum hydrocarbons extracted from samples using patented chromatographic membrane technology. A special variant of the instrument wtf-2000-2c is modified to monitor the high risk of wastewater or natural water pollution. The analyzer is fixed and controlled by a built-in microprocessor or external PC. In a separate mode of operation, the selected response sequence can be assigned from the built-in keyboard. The firmware allows the distribution of any sequence of system component operations and changes in flow rate from 0.02 to 20 ml / min. The instrument is equipped with a 4-20 mA current loop and RS485 computer interface, customized report output and remote computer control. The concentration measurement results, up to 1000 values, are stored in the built-in memory and displayed on the screen in mg / L on the built-in color LCD touch screen. If the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon exceeds the threshold level, the alarm mode is activated, and the relay station can trigger from the following command of the analyzer. The duration of a typical measurement cycle is 5-15 minutes (depending on the concentration of the sample being analyzed)
